Donations to the community
At iD Solutions, we believe our work goes far beyond secure shredding, IT recycling, and office clearances. Many of the items we collect during home and office clearances still have plenty of life left in them – and when donated, they can make a real difference to people who need them.
That’s why we created ID Friends, our initiative dedicated to supporting families, schools, and local communities across the UK.
From office furniture and IT equipment to everyday household essentials, we make sure that items in good condition are given a second life by donating them to those who can benefit most. Through ID Friends, we’re proud to create positive change while staying true to our commitment to sustainability and social responsibility

Emmanuel Christian School Donation
12th March 2026
Previously Donated Item
From two office clearances, we were able to donate 26 junior office chairs, along with a boardroom table with wooden armchairs, some archery equipment, crash mats, and a hoover.
School Donated to Here
These items were given to Emmanuel Christian School in Leicester. Pictured is our Dan on the left with the school’s Head Teacher, handing over the donations.
The Kings School Donation

Previously Donated Item
We were able to donate various office chairs, storage cabinets, desk fans, a shredder, and monitor arms, all free from our office clearance.
