Faced with the rise of im-proper document and data disposal in the UK, exposing thousands to the dangers of data breaches, identity theft and filling up our already overflowing landfills, we made it our priority to provide safer and more eco-friendly solutions.
Passion, determination, a dedicated team and a whole lot of hard work has allowed us to achieve our success and offerings, but we’re not ready to stop there… we’re on a mission to become the country’s leading shredding and recycling partner.
A Vision for the Future
As an ambitious and growing business, Identity Destruction promises our expanding range of services will continue to reflect our ingrained values and commitments.
Here’s just a few of our goals:
- We aim to significantly boost our paper recycling efforts from 600 to 1000 tonnes of shredded paper within the current year.
- Our focus also includes expanding our re-use project of redundant PC’s & laptops, donating to schools and family’s in need to increase digital learning opportunities for students.
- As part of our commitment to sustainability, we’re eager to invest in our first-ever electric van, enabling local, eco-friendly shredding and recycling collections in the West Sussex area.
- In line with our environmental goals, we aspire to be carbon neutral by the end of 2024!

Meet the team
Johny - Managing Director
As Managing Director, Johny keeps iD Solutions running smoother than a freshly oiled shredder. When he’s not steering the business or making big decisions, you’ll likely find him walking dogs or spending quality time with his family. Rumour has it he’s happiest when everything’s organised… and securely destroyed.
Clare – Finance Director
Clare keeps the numbers in perfect order as our Finance Director and makes sure everything adds up at iD Solutions. Married to Johny, she’s used to keeping things running smoothly both at work and at home. When she’s off the clock, Clare enjoys sunny holidays and a good walk.
Dan – Operations Director
Dan is the engine behind our daily operations, making sure collections, shredding, and clearances run like clockwork. Outside of work he swaps the office for BMX tracks and running routes, proving he likes things fast-paced both professionally and personally. If something’s moving efficiently at iD Solutions, Dan’s probably behind it.
Jordan – Office Manager
Jordan keeps the office organised, the team in line, and the workflow moving. Known as the resident gym enthusiast (and unofficial Hulk), he brings plenty of energy to the role. When he’s not lifting weights, he’s usually giving extra attention to our office dogs — Bella, Rolo, and Lulu.
Hannah – Customer Services & Shred Shop Lead
Hannah is one of the friendly voices behind our customer service team and also runs our Shred Shop. Passionate about fitness and healthy living, she brings that same energy to helping customers with their shredding needs. Efficient, organised, and always upbeat — just how we like things.
Ben – Chief Shredder
Ben is our Chief Shredder, working behind the scenes in the warehouse making sure paperwork and hard drives are securely destroyed. When he’s not feeding the shredders, he’s usually by the water enjoying a bit of fishing. Calm, focused, and very good at making things disappear.
Stephen – Driver
Stephen keeps London covered, collecting confidential material and making sure it reaches us safely for secure destruction. When he’s not on the road, he’s usually watching his beloved Liverpool FC. Reliable, friendly, and always ready for the next collection run across the capital.
Brian – Driver
Brian is one of our experienced drivers and a big fan of all things Ford. In fact, his passion runs so deep he even runs a Ford car group outside of work. When he’s not behind the wheel for iD Solutions, he’s probably talking engines, upgrades, and classic motors.
Fin – Driver
Fin helps keep our collections running smoothly and always brings a positive attitude to the job. When he’s not out on the road, he enjoys electric scooting — a slightly smaller set of wheels than the company vans, but just as much fun.
